Well, healing has been a bit slower than anticipated. When the doctor took off the bandage on Monday to remove the stitches, he decided it wasn't quite healed enough to take them out, so he put it off until Thursday evening. |

Thank you for your prayers. Thursday evening the doctor removed a cyst which proved to be benign. Yesterday Susan was alert and resting fairly comfortably in the hospital. She came home today will now need two weeks at home with complete rest.

John's hernia surgery went well. He was discharged 12 hours after he came out of the surgery and is recuperating at home. |
